1) Register on the website by clicking on Register Now
2) Click on Design Studio on the homepage
3) Once the Design Studio opens up, use the menu on the Right Hand Side to choose among various Dress Types, Necks, Sleeves or Fabrics
4) You can click on any part of your design on the Mannequin and then click on a desired fabric. The selected part of the design would now change into your desired fabric

* Feel free to play around a lot. Dont forget to Save your design!

Your dress would be shipped from our office in 14 working days. Once we receive your order, one of our Designers would call you within a day to confirm your requirements and also to clarify doubts, if any. Please note that we proceed with the processing of your order only after this Confirmation Call. The Confirmation Call is a unique facility that IamMyDesigner offers to ensure that we deliver what the Customer actually wants.

Users can safely make payments online using their Credit Cards ( Visa or MasterCard), Net Banking, Debit Cards, ItzCash and Paymate. We use the services of CCAvenues (a Verisign Secure Site) to provide you with a Secure payment mechanism. Offline Orders (currently available in Bangalore) can be paid for using Cash and Cheques as well.

We have a very small collection of designs created by our in-house design team that is available for purchase. These have been created essentially to showcase our capabilities to Customers. Our Customers can purchase any of these dresses if they want to. We encourage the user to ask for any modifications in these dresses that they want. We will try our best to accommodate all of the user

We have two options for users to provide their Measurement Information. If ready-made dresses generally fit you, you can choose a standard size like Extra Small / Small / Medium / Large / Extra Large. You can also enter detailed Measurements within our Design Studio. You would need to enter your detailed measurements just once. We can get the Best Possible Fit by entering all the measurements. If you are short on time, you can just enter the following four measurements which will help us to go ahead and stitch your dress

We do not provide Cash on Delivery Payment option currently.

Our Free Shipping offer is only for addresses within India. We do ship orders to other countries but we would need the Customer to pay for Shipping charges. It would also be difficult for us to offer the same Returns Policy that we offer to Customers in India. Normally, our International customers order multiple dresses so that Shipping Charges per dress goes down.
