In case you are not satisfied with your dress (shrinkage, colour-bleeding, breakage, stitching), all you have to do is inform us within 15 days of receiving your purchase and mail us back the original dress and we'll replace it with any dress-any design of the same price you choose from our collections!
If the replacement dress-value is lesser, you'll receive a Credit Voucher for remaining amount and if the replacement dress-value is more, you can just pay up the balance amount.
Alterations and Fixes at no extra cost
And those are easy too! In case you want to get anything altered with your dress (fitting, size), just inform us within 7 days of receiving your dress and mail us the product immediately, and we'll carry out the alterations for FREE! In the case of not having the necessary fabric to carry out the alteration, you can choose an alternative dress of the same price.
